All BLOCKT orders ship free with Australia Post. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
1. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
2. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched
- Tracking becomes active within 12–24 hours of Australia Post scanning your parcel
- Track your order directly at auspost.com.au or via the link in your confirmation email
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Stock & Dispatch Notice
- In rare cases, high demand or supplier variables may cause temporary stock delays
- If your order is affected, we will contact you directly with an updated timeframe
- We will never leave you waiting without communication
5. Delivery Exceptions
Australia Post may occasionally experience delays due to:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather events
- Remote area routing
- High-volume periods (Christmas, sales events)
