We stand behind every BLOCKT product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement - no hoops, no hassle.


1. Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement for:

  • Faulty or defective product
  • Signal blocking not functioning as described
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Lost in transit (verified by courier tracking)
  • Wrong item received

Not eligible:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Misuse or intentional damage
  • Items lost in transit during customer return shipment

2. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be returned in original or near-original condition
  • Original packaging must be included where possible

Items that show clear signs of misuse may be rejected.


3. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping for:

  • Change-of-mind returns (not eligible - see above)

We cover return shipping for:

  • Defective or faulty products
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged on arrival

We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns. BLOCKT is not responsible for items lost in transit during customer return shipment.


4. Return Process

  1. Email support@blockt.com.au with:
    • Your order number
    • Your name
    • A brief description of the issue and photos where relevant
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address

5. Refund or Replacement

For eligible returns, you choose:

  • Replacement - we send a new unit with free shipping, dispatched within 48 hours of approval, or
  • Full refund - processed within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned item

Lost in transit during original delivery: we will send a replacement at no charge.


6. Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our Melbourne address. Full return address is provided after your return is approved.


7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns if misuse, false claims, or fraudulent activity is suspected, including altered photos, incorrect descriptions, or inconsistent evidence.


8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
